The TMD™ Basic Training is built on three principles—a simple premise that creates powerful results for people committed to the TMD™ training systems:
- All human beings are "Programmed"— an adaptive way of behaving that drives safety.
- Your Programming is running your life.
- You can transform your Programming by being radically honest and fully accountable for your actions.
All human beings are Programmed to respond in particular ways that ensure survival. For example, you are Programmed to drive safely. Consider what happens when you think about driving your car off a cliff; you will begin to experience anxiety and fear, which will increase to the point where you will lose the ability to function if you continue towards the direction of danger. This is the nature of Programming, and Programming is necessary for survival. However, Programming is limited. It can only do what it is Programmed to do.
The quality of your life is Wholly dependent on who you Programmed yourself to be. Your Program's limitations are the "problems" that show up in your life. Your problems cannot exist without your Programming. These problems may include:
- Divorce, disconnection, deadness, no sex or disconnected sex with your partner
- Kids who act out for attention, fail for attention, avoid risk, have no motivation
- Addiction: drugs, alcohol, codependence
- Fear, anxiety, doubt, disbelief in self, no confidence, depression
- Disempowering, coping and managing skills, i.e., emotional eating, lying, hiding
- And much more
Your Programming has a way of thinking, feeling, speaking, and perceiving—it's talking to you. It's telling you through internal dialogue and it’s emotional responses what is real. The result is you are a puppet and the Programming is running the show. Your Programming is not a risk-taker, and your Program does not believe in expansive potential. You are limited by a Program that was put in place by the time you reach adolescence – it’s greatest dreams and aspirations can only match those of a child at best.
Examples of Programmatic responses that disempower you and everyone in your world:
- "It's your fault."
- "You should not have done it that way."
- "You are wrong I cannot believe you did that."
Examples of transformational communication that EMPOWER you and everyone in your world:
- "How did you create that result?"
- "Can we look together to see what else is possible for you other than the choice you made?"
- "We all struggle. I'm glad you see me as someone you can trust."
The four-day TMD™ Basic Training is a series of experiential exercises where you will learn how to break down your Programming and build a new self, one that is empowered. The TMD™ Basic Training will introduce you to your Programmed self and how it operates for you. You will learn how your Programming thinks, feels, speaks and perceives, creating space for you to access a new choice. You will learn how to transform your Programming and engage in a truly creative act of self-expression. You will become empowered to take on your Programming and win.

TMD™ Basic Training acknowledges the possibility that we all have within us an unlimited reserve of power. This profound four-day experience offers insight and training practice tools for you to open the door to empowered living by providing a nurturing environment for you to discover, complete, and re-design who you have Programmed yourself to be unconsciously. You will come face-to-face with who you have programmed yourself to be and you will transform.
